Shipping Policy

We offer products through two primary fulfillment partners:

• Printify (for custom merchandise such as aprons, oven mitts, mugs, tote bags, etc.)

• Amazon (for books and digital publications by Kenneth Aguillera)

Each partner has its own shipping process and timelines, described below.

🛍️ 2. Printify-Fulfilled Merchandise

All of our merchandise is produced on demand once you place your order.
This means each product is custom-printed just for you, which allows for reduced waste and personalized quality.

Processing Time

• Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships, including tracking details when available.

Shipping Time

• U.S. orders: usually 5–10 business days after production.

• International orders: typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and item type.

• Occasionally, promotions or free shipping offers may apply.

Delivery Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on which Printify production partners fulfill them.

📚 3. Amazon Book Orders

Books purchased through Amazon are fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon.
Your shipping method, delivery times, and tracking information will follow Amazon’s standard procedures and depend on your region and Amazon account settings.

🚚 4. Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery problem such as a lost or damaged item:

1. For Printify merchandise, contact us at support@trinidadtobagowithlove.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

   • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

   • We will coordinate a replacement or refund as needed.

2. For Amazon book orders, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly via your Amazon account.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal carriers.

We are unable to make changes or cancel orders after production has started.
