Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
Please review the following policy, which explains how refunds and returns are handled for our different types of products.

All merchandise items (such as apparel, mugs, tote bags, accessories, and other print-on-demand products) are custom printed for each order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.aving said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased. 

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email: hellowithlove.Kenneth@gmail.com

  3. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once verified, we will coordinate with Printify to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 

❌ Non-Refundable  Situations:

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

  • Typographical errors in shipping address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs beyond our control

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or printer. All refund and replacement requests must be submitted to us first.

Refunds and Replacements Are Granted For:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Items that are lost in transit

  • Wrong item received

Amazon Book Purchases

Books (paperback or Kindle editions) are sold and fulfilled directly by Amazon.
All refunds, returns, and exchanges for these orders must follow Amazon’s return policies.

Amazon’s Standard Book Return Policy:

  • Print Books:
    Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if the item is in new condition. Refunds are issued by Amazon to the original payment method once the returned book is received.

  • Kindle eBooks:
    Eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the book has not been significantly read or downloaded. Refund requests are made directly through your Amazon account under Digital Orders → Request a Refund.
